What it is.

Dispatch & Scheduling is a dedicated coordinator who manages your entire crew calendar. They assign jobs, optimize routes, handle rescheduling, and communicate with customers — all working directly inside JSV's scheduling system.

This is different from Front Desk dispatch support. Front Desk handles reactive dispatch — a customer calls, the receptionist logs the request. Dispatch & Scheduling is proactive and ongoing — actively managing the full crew calendar, optimizing job assignments, and coordinating changes throughout the day.
